Product information
DuPont™ Tyvek® Metall – breathable roof membrane with polypropylene mesh covering
Thanks to advanced manufacturing technology, this product has exceptional properties: it is completely wind and water impermeable, yet has high vapor permeability characteristics. Tyvek® products have an exceptionally thick functional layer, making them durable and long-lasting.
Tyvek® Metall application: film with integrated polypropylene mesh covering is designed for roof structures where, due to technical solutions, traditional battening technology with a 5 cm air gap cannot be used. Using Tyvek® Metall reduces the structural height of the roof, as flat-profile metal sheet can be installed directly on the membrane without leaving an additional air gap.
Tyvek® Metall – a high-quality breathable membrane under flat-profile sheet metal roofing.
Name: 2510B Tyvek® Metall
Material composition: HD-PE and PP (high-density polyethylene and 8 mm polypropylene mesh)
