Product information
Name: 2060M Tyvek® Metallised Tape
Dimensions: 7.5 cm x 25 m
Material composition: Metallised Tyvek® (HD-PE), acrylic adhesive, protective paper
Product description and application
Single-sided adhesive metallised tape is designed to join all Tyvek® metallised films together and repair damage. It is used in conjunction with all DuPont™ climate systems – Tyvek® Enercor® Wall and AirGuard®. Due to its high initial adhesion, the tape can also be used for joining other materials such as non-woven fabrics, plastic, metal, wood, etc. The product is resistant to aging, moisture, and water.
Storage and installation conditions
- Before use, it is recommended to check chemical compatibility with paints, primers, and other materials.
- The surface must be dry and clean, free of dust, grease, or solvents.
- The tape should be cut with a sharp knife or scissors.
- Installation is recommended when the ambient temperature is above 0 °C.
- Store rolls in their original packaging in a clean and dry environment. Storage temperature: +10 °C – +30 °C, avoid direct sunlight
